Orange Range - Radio Contact
"Orange Range - Radio Contact" was the radio program hosted by Naoto and Hiroki on the Japan FM Network. The program runs across 30 different stations across Japan, and each program is approximately 25 minutes long. The show has 13 segments in it:
The first broadcast was in April of 2004, before the band released "Michishirube ~A Road Home~". This was just as the band was reaching its popularity peak, and the program became extremely popular over JFN's network stations. From 2006 and onward, the band invited many special guests for the program. Often, the program writer "Mr. Takazawa" would appear with the guests; he also had a segment where fan mail would be read called "Good Evening, Mr. Takazawa". Listeners of the program would be called "Beans"; the band's reasoning for this was because calling them "listeners" was too boring. A shortened version of the program was broadcast after 2006 on Tokyo FM. After 2009, Yamato became a frequent guest of the program (though he is a member of Orange Range, Yamato was not a host of the program).
